Registration for the 2010 soccer season will take place in the spring. Up-to-date registration information will be available on this page.

What follows is registration information from the 2009 season.

Season Registration Information

Players must be at least 5 years old by July 31st of the year of registration in order to be eligible to play in the EGYSL. The only exception is if the child is enrolled in Kindergarten for the upcoming school year. Regular Registration ended May 31, 2009, but players can be signed up through the late registration process (space available only) through July 31, 2009.

Registration fees from April 1, 2009 to May 31, 2009

$125 for the 1st and 2nd child
$100 for 3rd child
$80 for 4th child
$30 for 5th child
(Children must be in the same immediate family)

Late Registration: June 1, 2009 to July 31, 2009
(Space Available only)

Returning Players

Registration materials are mailed after April 1st to the address of record. If you moved since last season you will need to attend a walk-in registration.

Parent/guardian needs to:

1. Complete and sign the CYSA membership form. Please add your child's short and shirt size on the application. If downloading the Membership form from the CYSA website, please print TWO copies and sign both original membership forms.
2. Parent Sideline Ethics Agreement Policy (Microsoft Word document)
3. Special Request Form (if applicable)
4. Copy of birth certificate - For all new players to EGYSL or the Monterey Trail Soccer Club
5. If playing U9-U14, a small photo (1" x 1") - please write name of child on back of picture

Incomplete registrations will not be processed until ALL information required is received and may be returned to the parent/guardian.

Registration Form for Coaches

Are you interested in coaching a Monterey Trail soccer team for the 2009 season? The first step is to fill out a CYSA Registration And Risk Management Disclosure Form. After completing this online form, print two copies and submit one of them to the Monterey Trail Soccer Club. You can submit your form by mail, or you can submit it in-person at any of the walk-in registration dates.
