The late registration period for the 2010 season continues through July 31, 2010. The club will make every effort to accommodate all players who register during the late registration period. However, roster spots on club teams will only be given on a space-available basis.

The Elk Grove Youth Soccer League and the Monterey Trail Soccer Club are proud to offer families two different ways to register their children for the 2010 soccer season during the late registration period. Families may register their children via Online Registration or US Mail.

A parent/guardian who wishes to register their child for the 2010 season via US mail can send the required registration materials (listed below) to:

Incomplete registrations will not be processed until ALL information required is received and may be returned to the parent/guardian.

Required Registration Materials

1. Complete and sign the CYSA membership form. Please add your child's short and shirt size on the application. If downloading the Membership form from the CYSA website, please print TWO copies and sign both original membership forms.
2. Parent Sideline Ethics Agreement Policy (Microsoft Word document)
3. Special Request Form (if applicable)
4. Copy of birth certificate - For all new players to EGYSL or the Monterey Trail Soccer Club
5. If playing U9-U14, a small photo (1" x 1") - please write name of child on back of picture

Age Requirements for Players

Players must be at least 4 years old by August 1st of the year of registration in order to be eligible to play in the EGYSL. If you're not sure which age level your child will be eligible for this coming season, please use the Age Calculator.

Returning Players

Registration materials are mailed after April 1st to the address of record. If you moved since last season you will need to attend a walk-in registration.

Registration Form for Coaches

Are you interested in coaching a Monterey Trail soccer team for the 2010 season? The first step is to fill out a CYSA Registration And Risk Management Disclosure Form. After completing this online form, print two copies and submit one of them to the Monterey Trail Soccer Club. You can submit your form by mail, or you can submit it in-person at any of the walk-in registration dates.
